Prior to coming to Kansas City, Long served as a longtime consultant to the St. Louis Rams organization and was there for the 1999 Super Bowl championship season. Long has over 20 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level and coached the offensive line at Arkansas and played collegiately at Alabama State.
Katelyn Serafin, ACE-PT

I moved to Kansas City from Lawrence about 6 months ago to finish my bachelor’s degree in molecular biology. I earned my personal trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise, and I am also a Red Cross certified swimming instructor. In my free time I love to play ultimate Frisbee, tennis, and water polo.
As a fitness professional, I find that specific and measurable goals are of utmost importance to a successful fitness program. Together we can create a fun and effective program that optimally balances cardiovascular training, strength training, and flexibility. I emphasize the importance of superior exercise form, technique and variety in training modalities for maximum results and enjoyment. I want every one of my clients to reach their goals and experience the life transforming benefits of physical fitness.
