Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness at 68’s Inside Sports is unique in its approach to fitness. We offer classes for all ages and ability levels from couch potato and weekend warrior to the elite athlete and people with disabilities. Our program encompasses every aspect of fitness offering classes to improve heart and lung health, muscle and joint strength, flexibility, balance & stress reduction.


General Group Fitness Classes
Discover how group fitness can motivate and inspire while getting you fit and strong.  Classes in this section offer cardiovascular training as well as strength training -  Boot Camps, Pump, Zumba, Step and more!


Cycling Classes
Group Cycle classes are taught on state of the art stationary bikes. Ride to inspiring music while being coached through a fun ride over hills, flat roads and sprints past imaginary opponents. Build strong legs and a strong heart and lungs while having a blast with friends.

 

Yoga and Pilates
Mind/Body classes are excellent for reducing stress, improving flexibility, enhancing strength, assisting with weight loss and centering the mind.  Our program offers classes taught by certified professionals for all levels including seniors and those with disabilities.


Water Aerobics
Our water classes provide cardio and strength training without all the stress and impact of  land classes. These classes are as intense or as relaxing as you want to make them. Our indoor pool is right around  84 degrees and offers great cross training with water resistance.


Boxing and Martial Arts
We offer a whole program dedicated to Boxing and Martial Arts fitness and self defense. Check out our Boxing  page!


Inclusive Program
We truly believe that fitness is for everyone and have developed a program specifically to include people with disabilities. The program is described on our Inclusive page.
