Fitness Boxing and Fitness Kickboxing
Our boxing trainers coach you to punch and/or Kick the bags, perform cardio drills and do core training. Increase stamina, enhance physique, and improve overall strength and fitness. Burn up to 1000+ calories in this hour of Interval training packed with energy, fun, and intensity!


Youth Ring Kings Boxing
Youth boxing classes for ages 5-18. Classes are designed to help your child burn energy, get fit, learn the basics of boxing and have fun doing it in a non-competitive atmosphere.


 American JuJitsu for Youth
Classes provide instruction in this martial art and self defense system that focuses on grappling, ground defense and offense.  This is a certified AJJ belted system & requires belt testing and a Gi.


 Krav Maga

An extremely effective self-defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic  training scenarios. Learn to protect yourself and loved ones.


SAC (Strength and Conditioning)
Use of the speed sac in this cross training class ups the fitness anti.  Light weights and high reps increase your muscular endurance while athletic drills and use of the sled improve your power and performance. Extreme cross training to build a better body and have a blast doing it!


Beginner Tai Chi
Ancient Chinese exercises done slowly or quickly to help move the body’s energy. Improves posture, coordination, balance, endurance and flexibility.
