Group Fitness at 68's Inside Sports is unique in its approach to fitness. We offer classes for all ages and ability levels from couch potato and weekend warrior to the elite athlete. Our program encompasses every aspect of fitness offering classes to improve heart and lung health, muscle and joint strength, flexibility, balance and stress reduction.
68's members enjoy over 60 free classes from highly trained, motivating instructors who have been featured in local magazines and all together have over 200 years of experience in making their classes the best in the city. Class sizes are comfortable and allow for more individual attention in a friendly atmosphere where instructors and members can connect and not get lost in the crowd.
Variety is the spice of life and at 68's we don't run short on variety. We offer classes at all times of the day, all days of the week, on land and in the water, from BodyPump, Boot Camps, Boxing and Cycle, to Hip Hop, Zumba, Pilates,Yoga and Water Works - We've got it all.
Group Fitness for Seniors
Senior Citizens have a special place at 68's. We have an entire program designed just for the senior population and the fitness needs of the older adult. Studies have shown that beginning an exercise program at any age will improve quality of life, increase longevity, and prevent or delay the onset of many diseases and disabilities. Kinesis at 68's
Most health clubs offer a means to strength train, but few offer strength training with a kick like we do. At 68's Inside Sports we have the most futuristic, functional state of the art equipment on the market called Kinesis. Training on this equipment allows your body to move naturally in the way it moves through everyday life. Adding resistance to these movements trains the body to be more efficient creating better overall functional strength and greatly enhanced core power. Upper and lower body move together improving balance and engaging maximum muscle fibers to burn 30% more calories than a typical strength training session while adding short cardio bursts to promote heart health.
